In the Idaho murder case Mr. Kohberger was arrested on charge of four university students in Moscow .Kaylee Goncales ,21, Madison Moge ,21, Xana Kernodle ,20, and her boyfriend Ethan Chapin 20, were stabbed to earth in the early Nov 13 in Moscow.28 years old Bryan Christopher Kohberger was taken into custody by an FBI SWAT team and Pennsylvania State Police on December 30 at the home of his parents in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. According to the investigators, the case has not been disclosed as they think that Kohberger may know something  about the  four victims Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.

PhD Student Byan Kohberger, accused of ambushing a group of University of Idaho undergrads in November, allegedly sent one of the four victims a series of private messages on Instagram before the slayings, according to a new report.Police allege that Kohberger, a student at the neighboring Washington State University just seven miles away, cased the victims’ home at least 12 times prior to the murders. Then, just hours after the attack, police say they tracked Kohberger’s phone back to the crime scene.

Kohberger faces four counts of first-degree murder and a felony burglary charge for allegedly entering the home with intent to kill. He could face the death penalty if convicted.

He is due back in court in June for a hearing in which his defense is expected to challenge the evidence used to obtain a warrant for his arrest.

Idaho college murders: The three woman and one man  four victim Ethan Chapin, 20, of Conway, Washington; Xana Kernodle, 20, of Avondale, Arizona; Madison Mogen, 21, of Coeur Alene, Idaho; and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, of Rathdrum, Idaho – suffered multiple stab wounds.

According to the police report they have been killed with a knife and the knife is still not recovered. Police in the US state of Idaho say they are investigating the deaths of four university students whose bodies were found in a home near the campus.For the friends and family of the slain students questions remain, and many say their pain and pursuit of justice has gotten stronger.

Ben Mogen, Madison’s father, said learning of Kohberger’s arrest brought some early semblance of relief.It was a huge weight that got lifted,” Ben Mogen said. “At the same time, I knew that for the rest of my life, there was going to be someone’s face that I was going to have in my head.

What happened to the night of the crime ?

The Moscow police Department found four university of Idaho dead on the  second and the third floor of their house. Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves and Xana Kernodle were roommates who lived in the home while the fourth victim, Ethan Chapin, did not live there but was dating Kernodle. Two other roommates lived in the home, but were not attacked and police said they believe they slept through the killings.

As per the resources Chapin and Kernodle were at a party at a Sigma Chi house on the University of Idaho campus. They returned home around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 13.

In addition to all the evidence collected from their house the police put out requests for “all outside surveillance” from several Moscow sites from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 13, the morning the students were killed.
